We have sent both our children to First Steps and they have both had a brilliant experience. The nursery has a warm and welcoming atmosphere where children are encouraged to play. The staff are nurturing and dedicated and create an engaging environment for the children and both of our children have developed strong bonds with their key workers. We feel that this has given them both a head start during their early years.
The nursery has an emphasis on play-based learning and both our children have massively benefitted from this and are both more confident and creative as a result.
We especially appreciate the open communication with the staff and the regular updates on our child’s progress. It gives us peace of mind and allows us work together more effectively.
